Vivian is both a licensed real estate salesperson and a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in various types of light commercial and residential design, and project management.  She has been involved in the acquisition, renovation and sales of many Washington, DC area projects since 1990.

Vivian is founding member of Acanthus Architects and a key partner in Landbreeze LLC, a boutique development company specializing in residential architecture.  As an investor and developer, Vivian is completely familiar with the permit process, and as a consequence, attended many ANC hearings, BZA, Historic Preservation and Fine Arts Hearings. 

As an architect, Vivian understands and loves the challenge of transforming old, functionally obsolete buildings and empty lots into new living environments using a combination of good design and cost effective means.  She also welcomes the challenge of providing green development in existing urban properties while keeping the project costs under control. As a Buyer’s Representative, Vivian uses her knowledge and expertise to find buyers properties that have potential for adding value, either through physical improvements, renovations or zoning advantages.

Vivian earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland and is a Registered Architect with the District of Columbia.
